Metabolic Typing Assessment
Create yourself a diet that suits your unique individual nutritional needs
During your Metabolic Typing Assessment we would determine your Metabolic Type. Metabolic Typing is the system that identifies an individual’s genetically-based nutrition, dietary and energy requirements. The one size fits all approach doesn't work when it comes to nutrition, therefore to achieve optimal health and well being, you must determine what metabolic type is correct for you. Complete the Metabolic Typing Questionnaire to get a basic sense of which metabolic type best suits your body. This will categorize you as either a protein type, a carb type or a mixed type. No one type is better they are all equal, it is just a case of finding the best type to suit your body. If you require more information on Metabolic Typing please look for the work by William L. Wolcott, who is universally recognised as the world ‘s leading authority of metabolic typing.
Once you have completed the Metabolic Typing questionnaire you will have a much better understanding of the correct macro-nutrient values your body requires. You will be able to choose foods and portion your meals to achieve an optimal outcome. You will receive a basic ‘safe’ food chart suited to your new found metabolic type. This will be the starting point to enable you to ‘fine tune’ your diet to suits your unique individual nutritional needs.
