What do I need to wear during a workout?
Comfortable workout clothing, which might include shorts and a t-shirt or vest. Covering yourself up too much will make it harder for your trainer to observe the movement biomechanics of your body.
Whats the cancellation policy?
a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to avoid being charged in full for the session booked.
How do I change a session to another time?
Providing your outside the 24 hour cancellation policy, you may change any sessions that are booked and do so by checking available coaching sessions on the calendar page and then contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am booked to see Joe, Where shall I meet him for my coaching/assessment session?
Sessions will take place in a private studio
How and when do I pay?
All payments must be made prior to booking your coaching sessions.We accept Paypal payments through the online shop, bank transfer or cash payments are also accepted.
