I decided to book some sessions with Joe as I got to a point where I realised that I needed some help and advice and someone to push me more than what I could myself. Joe initially asked me what my goals were and took all of my measurements, height, weight BMI etc
Over the sessions I was shown proper techniques for all the exercises that I was doing to get the best results, I found Joe easy going to get along with and liked the way that he demonstrates on a particular exercise to make sure that I was doing it right.The best part of training with Joe was that he kept every session fresh so each week we would be doing something different, which is more enjoyable as you learn something new and it doesn’t become repetitive.
After just a few sessions I started seeing results in the change or my shape from sticking to the program that he has set for me. Since training with Joe I have gone from wearing XL to now M and trousers 38 now 32. He was very helpful with setting me a diet plan to follow to make sure that I was eating the right types of food that will help me reach the goal that I am aiming for. All in all I have to say that booking the session has been one of the best decisions that I have made.
